As the year ends, we’re called to reflect, release, and renew. December is a sacred portal for many of us, a time to honor what was and welcome what’s to come.
My general invitation for the month and for closing this calendar year is to release what no longer serves you. Write it down. Burn it. Bury it. Bless it. .
Planting Seeds for the New Year
Once this part is done and the soil of your heart and soul is ready you can go ahead and plant the seeds of the coming year.
Reminder: Set intentions—not resolutions. Choose a word or theme for 2026. Let it guide you. Here is also a meditation dedicated to set you intentions for the coming year. youtube.com
Letter to Your Future Self
This year I am introducing a new practice into my circles, and it is a simple but beautiful tool. Write a letter to the woman you’re becoming. Seal it. Read it next December. It’s a letter from the heart to that amazing woman you are discovering and nurturing every day.
Finally here is a Renewal Ritual for you:
1. Light a candle and sit quietly.
2. Reflect on the past year.
3. Write down what you’re releasing.
4. Write down what you’re welcoming.
5. Speak your intentions aloud.
Sending you my best wishes for this year that is coming to an end but also looking forward to see what the new year is unfolding in our lives.
With love and light,
Denisse
